New York City physician, Craig Spencer is in isolation at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan. Spencer, who had been treating Ebola patients in Guinea with Doctors Without Borders, returned to New York last week. He becomes just the fourth person diagnosed with Ebola in the United States — and the first diagnosed outside of Texas. With this new case of Ebola come new fears about the spread of the deadly virus in the most populous city in the country.
Well folks, nothing to see here, move along,,,,,
I think it’s just a little amazing that a physician who is supposed to know the dangers of ebola and the protocols for treatment should just fly into the most populous city in the USA carrying the most infectious disease we’ve seen in a long time. To his credit he did self quarantine, but was he able to self diagnose in time to keep from exposing others?
Meanwhile, back at the ranch,,,,,Obola is in the process of sending thousands of our soldiers to somehow battle ebola in West Africa. Good choice there. Kimosabe. Just like appointing someone who knows nothing about medicine to be his “ebola czar.” Making the government bigger by adding another layer of protection between him and the public’s disdain (remorse?) is not going to help anyone but Obola himself.
But, then again, hasn’t Obola’s reign of ineptitude been about nothing except what benefits him?
